Dr. Amandeep Virk
Dr. Virk believes trust starts with listening. Before recommendations are made or treatment begins, she takes the time to understand what matters to you, answer your questions, and help you feel completely at ease with the path forward.
With 12 years of experience, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington, and advanced training through a General Practice Residency at Bellevue Hospital, Dr. Virk brings a deep commitment to continued learning to every aspect of her care. She has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education and stays at the forefront of dentistry to incorporate the latest advances in science and technology into the patient experience. She is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has completed advanced training in dental implants.
Her clinical expertise is paired with a calm, highly visual approach to care. Photography, wellness scans, and detailed treatment presentations make complex information easier to understand, giving patients a more complete view of their oral health and the confidence to make informed decisions about their care.
For Dr. Virk, Lumina Dental is personal in more ways than one. As a mom and Upper Saddle River resident herself, she is proud to care for the community she calls home and create the kind of dental experience she would want for her own family.

We use EMS Airflow® technology to make routine cleanings feel gentler, more comfortable, and more thorough. Using warm water, air, and fine powder, Airflow® helps us remove plaque, biofilm, and surface stains while reaching areas traditional polishing can miss. It’s especially comfortable for sensitive teeth and gums and can be safely used around implants, crowns, and orthodontic appliances.
